RemixReel lets you generate marketing and product videos from text prompts and images using AI. Output quality, availability, and features may change over time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the rights of others.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or programmatically abuse our APIs, nor circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or watermarks.

You may not resell or redistribute raw access to the Service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or abuse.

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you upload. You represent that you have the rights to use any content you submit.

Subject to your plan, you own the videos you generate. Free-tier outputs are for personal, non-commercial use and may include a watermark. Paid plans include a commercial-use license.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Free, subscription, and pay-as-you-go options are described on our Pricing page. Generation is subject to per-plan usage limits.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing output before any commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemixReel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
