Account & billing data: if you subscribe, our payment processor collects your email and payment details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage & technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and request timestamps. We use this to operate the Service, enforce usage limits, and prevent abuse.

To generate the videos you request by sending your prompt and images to our AI video processing provider.

To enforce free-tier limits and detect or prevent fraud, abuse, and excessive automated requests.

To process payments, provide support, and send essential service notifications.

We do NOT use your prompts or uploaded content to train AI models.

Uploaded source images are deleted within 24 hours of processing.

Generated videos are available for a limited period for you to download, then removed from active storage.

Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

We rely on trusted providers to deliver the Service, including our hosting platform, AI video generation provider, and payment processor. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function.

We never sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies for language preference and session functionality. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
